This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Highway Merge ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.
Highway Merge does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Gameplay data — your high score, selected car, chosen settings and progress — is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process certain information, including your device's advertising identifier, device and usage information, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This data is used to deliver and measure ads.

You can limit ad personalization at the device level. On iOS, go to
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and
Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising to
control tracking and personalized ads. When personalization is limited, you will
still see ads, but they will be less tailored to you.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App's ad partners, please contact us and we will work with our partners to address it.
Because the App stores its data locally on your device, you can remove all of it at any time by deleting the App. Data processed by Google AdMob is retained and secured according to Google's policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
